THE MECHANICS
How World Tour is scored
Every country carries its own base score, so the shapes almost nobody can place pay more than the famous ones, and answering quickly adds a speed bonus on top. World Tour also rewards consistency: keep a run of correct answers going into double digits and a streak multiplier starts building, and a single wrong answer resets it. With no clock and the region in view, how far a run goes is decided by what you know, not how fast you click.

What is World Tour?
World Tour is MapFiend's relaxed endless mode. You get three lives, no clock, and the surrounding region stays visible while you guess each country from its outline, choosing from four options. The run lasts until your lives are gone.
Is World Tour a good way to learn the countries of the world?
Yes, it is the mode built for it. The region gives every shape context, the four options turn a blank into a process of elimination, and there is no clock pushing you. Playing a lap a day is a painless way to study the countries of the world.
How does the streak multiplier work?
Short streaks score normally. Once a run of consecutive correct answers reaches double digits, a multiplier starts building on your base points, and one wrong answer resets it. Speed bonuses sit outside the multiplier.
How long can a run last?
As long as your three lives hold. With no clock and the region visible, careful runs can go a very long way, and the board tracks the best of the month.
How is World Tour different from Conquest?
World Tour shows the region, offers four options and has no timer. Conquest hides the region, makes you type every answer and runs a clock on each one. Same three lives, very different blood pressure.
